Ingredients

  • 3 T brown sugar
  • 1/3 c honey
  • ½ c ketchup
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 28 oz fully-cooked frozen meatballs
Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, honey ketchup, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  2. Add the meatballs and toss to cover with the sauce.  Cook o low for 3 - 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add salt and pepper if needed.  If desired, top with sesame seeds, chopped parsley or cilantro.  Serve as an appetizer or main dish over rice, or as a sandwich.
