Camille and I bought this house in 1980, and after we divorced, Camille continued to live there to this day.
Like every home in which I had ownership interest, this place underwent copious upgrades and renovation.
The biggest projects were
- improving the kitchen
- upgrading a basement apartment
- replacing the steam heat with a multi-zoned baseboard hot water heating system.
- creating living space in the attic
- putting a second-story deck outside of the attic living space.
