Our housing development has twelve homes. The primary distinguishing factor among these houses is the size of the lot of each home.
The first floors are identical among all twelve of the homes in the development, as are the rooftop terraces.
There are also differences in the layout of the second floor bedroom space: One layout for this floor has two bedrooms and two baths, another has two bedrooms and a shared bath, and a third has a bedroom, a sitting room/office and a singe bath. Ours is the two bedroom, two bath model.
