  It is often the case that a list element with numerous rows of fields requires being separated into multiple groups of fields with a textual header at the head of each group.

  To accomplish this:

  • Create a Custom HTML field
  • In its HTML edit pane, place whatever title or HTML you'd like it to display
  • Once you have fully defined this field, place it in the same tab in which grouped fields you wish to label exist.
