Wilbur left Australia for Denver today, where he has been readying his house here for sale. The projects to be completed include: Selling a bunch of stuff; packing stuff for shipment to Mexico; making the place ready for deep cleaning, painting and finally selling. He has until his flight on February 28 to get things in line, and is finally (February 10) starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. We can't wait to be together again.
Wilbur departed today for a trip to Australia to be with Taly. He will stay for six weeks, whereupon. he will head to Denver to divest himself of copious detritis, and ready his Denver house for sale. You may view a photo album of our adventures in Australia by CLICKING HERE
We participated in a group tour of Cañon Cubre (the Copper Canyon), in western Chihuahua state. Our tour was guided by David Rico of Los Vagabundos, and was an event to be remembered. The first and last days were not very memorable except in that they both involved tortuous amounts of bus riding and plane flights. The middle seven days were filled with wonderful scenes, and wonderful new friends, which I hope will remain forever. You may see a photo album of the trip if you CLICK HERE
Taly and Wilbur had their first date on June 18, and both of us admitted that the first dance felt pretty damned good, and we began dating somewhat regularly.
After Wilbur spent three wasted weeks in Denver in July, Taly maintainted "formal" residence at her apartment on Cielito Lindo. However, when Wilbur returned from Denver, the two of us were staying together all the time.
Sometime in late August or early September, we began living together full time, and had committed to being a couple. Wow!

Taly departed for Australia, and I will join her there in early December. Meanwhile, I will continue to take advantage of all that my adopted home of San Miguel has to offer. This weekend the center of town was awash with celebrations of Dia de Muertos.
